Parvathi Karthik, Head of Human Resources for Research & Innovation at TCS, is a distinguished people leader shaping the future of India’s talent ecosystem at the intersection of technology, innovation, and human potential. A postgraduate in Mathematics from IIT Bombay, she brings over 27 years of multi‑disciplinary leadership experience in project delivery, quality assurance, quality audit, and human resources at Tata Consultancy Services.


Parvathi has been a key architect in reimagining talent pathways for the future, most notably as the Program Manager for the TCS National Qualifier Program—a pioneering initiative that democratized access to technology careers and created equitable opportunities for thousands of young graduates across India.
